What we collect
We collect your quiz preferences, name, email, optional phone number, purchases, saved results, and introductions you request. Travel planning also uses dates, departure, budget, party size, optional children’s ages, and practical access or food requirements. Do not include children’s names, birthdays, or medical histories. Realtor profiles additionally include professional details, license information, coverage, photos, and optional résumés.
How we use it
We use this information to research and deliver private results, fulfill purchases, prevent abuse, and support your account. Research providers process the preferences needed for your request. Travel information is never shared with realtors. Usage telemetry records provider, model, tokens, duration, and outcome—not your answers or identity.
Professional profiles and introductions
Automated providers screen professional text and photos for explicit content and obvious spam, and check public official license evidence. These checks can make mistakes; applicants can correct and resubmit. Résumés remain private to the professional and authorized reviewers. Approved public placement requires an active paid campaign.
We do not quietly sell your quiz profile or distribute it to a realtor network. Before an introduction, we show the selected realtor and information to be shared and require separate consent. Only that realtor receives it. Information already delivered to a realtor or email provider cannot be recalled.
Your controls
From Your Account, confirm your password to download an account export or request deletion. Deletion signs you out immediately and queues removal of private files, saved trips, and profile information. Pending introductions are suppressed. Ongoing billing and unfinished checkouts must be resolved first; deletion is not a refund request. The owner account requires an ownership transfer before deletion.
Retention
Temporary anonymous result links expire after seven days. Saved account research remains available until you delete it. Unreferenced research-cache copies can remain until their expiration and scheduled cleanup. Purchase, consent, and minimal audit records may remain for financial and accountability purposes; existing encrypted backups are not selectively rewritten. Final retention periods and backup deletion schedules require review. Browser drafts and checklist selections stay on your device and can be cleared through your browser settings.
Service providers
Payment, email, hosting, research, mapping, and security providers process information needed to deliver their services. Loading the optional map contacts its provider and shares your IP address. Provider terms, processing agreements, and privacy obligations require review.
